What is DAYARC?

DAYARC is a brand built around circadian rhythm and the everyday routines that support it. We’re starting with two bright-light lamps: Rise for a regular place at home, and Mini for smaller spaces and days away.

Which light should I choose?

Choose Rise for its larger panel, adjustable height, four brightness settings and timer. Choose Mini for a compact panel and folding protective stand. Both require mains power.

Can I order in the UK now?

Yes. Rise and Mini are in stock in the UK. Payment is taken at checkout and orders are dispatched within 2 working days, with tracking sent by email.

How do I use a bright-light lamp?

Use the positioning and session instructions supplied with your lamp. The rated brightness depends on your distance from the light. Read the safety guidance before use, especially if you have an eye condition or take medicines that affect light sensitivity.

Read the instructions supplied with your lamp. Position, distance and timing matter. If you are considering light treatment for a health condition, seek advice about suitability.

UK delivery

Rise and Mini are in stock in the UK. Payment is taken when you place your order, and we dispatch within 2 working days.

Delivery

Standard delivery: £3.95, or free when the order subtotal after discounts is £75 or more. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout. We send tracking details by email when your order is dispatched.

Changes & cancellations

You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund to your original payment method; contact us with your order number as soon as possible, because orders are dispatched quickly. Once an order has been dispatched, the 30-day returns process below applies.

30-day returns

We accept change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery, with a further 14 days to send the item back. Contact us for return instructions. Items should be complete and handled only as needed to assess them. Customers cover change-of-mind return postage; DAYARC covers reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items. We will refund eligible returns to the original payment method, including standard outbound delivery when the full order is returned. Statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights are unaffected.

One-year DAYARC warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from delivery, with repair or replacement as appropriate. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear. It is additional to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
