DAYARC is operated by Forge Health Pty Ltd, Australia. These terms apply to orders placed at dayarc.co.uk. Contact us through our contact page for order questions, cancellations or complaints.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The checkout shows the total price and applicable delivery charge before you pay. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Available payment methods and delivery destinations are shown at checkout.

Preorders and delivery

Rise and Mini are preorders. Estimated UK delivery is 10 weeks from your order date, including the wait for stock. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. We will email you if the estimate changes. By placing a preorder you agree to the delivery timeframe displayed at checkout.

You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. If we cannot supply your order, we will inform you and refund your payment. Your order confirmation records the items, price and delivery details you agreed to.

Returns and product faults

Our return and refund policy explains our 30-day return offer and cancellation process. Our one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and is additional to your statutory rights.

Read the supplied instructions and safety guidance before use. Light-output ratings apply at the stated distance. Lifestyle imagery is illustrative; refer to the product description and specifications when ordering. These products do not come with a guarantee of a particular health outcome.

Your rights and personal information

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your UK consumer rights. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not reduce rights attached to an existing purchase.
