Refund policy

Preorder cancellations

Rise and Mini are UK preorders with estimated delivery 10 weeks from your order date. Payment is taken in full at checkout. You may cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund to your original payment method. If the estimate changes, we will email you with the revised timing and your option to cancel. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund you in full.

30-day returns

Tell us within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return your item, then send it back within a further 14 days. Contact us through our contact page with your order number for return instructions and the correct return address.

Please return the lamp complete with its accessories. You may inspect it as you would in a shop; any deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning will be explained. There is no restocking fee.

Postage and refunds

You pay change-of-mind return postage. DAYARC covers reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items. When you return a complete order, we refund the standard outbound delivery charge; any extra cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. For cancellations before dispatch, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation.

Faulty goods and your rights

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected. Our one-year manufacturing-defect warranty is additional to these rights.
